Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to processed and shipped.  Shipping time is based on USPS.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A. At this time we only ship to US address, but we plan to expand our shipment range in the future.

 

Q: What if something is wrong with my order?

A: Please reach out to us on our Contact Us page and we will make it right.

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: All items are final sale and returns are not accepted.

 

Q. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

A.  Any changes or cancelations must be submitted through the Contact Us page.  Orders that are already processed and shipped may not be canceled or modified.

 

Q. Can I change my shipping address?

A. To change your shipping address, please submit the updated address, name, and order number to our Contact Us page. Please include your name and order number. 

Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer change the address. You will need to contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.

 

Q: How come you don't have a size chart?

A: We sell many different brands and include measurements for each item to help you determine the fit of that specific item .  If you need additional measurements, please reach out on our Contact Us page.
